90 minutes of music and performance featuring McAvoy Lane as Mark Twain.

A Land of Sage and Sun is a moving symphony performance written by Jim Cockey for the State of Nevada and captures the essence of what the Great Silver State is all about.  This is a must see concert performed by the Carson City Symphony and the Carson City Chamber Singers.
     This Concert  was funded,  in part,  by a grant from the Nevada Arts Council,  a state agency,  and the National Endowment for the Arts,  a federal agency.   Continental Harmony links communities with composers to celebrate the new millennium through the creation of original musical works.  A portion of each tape sold benefits the Carson City Symphony.
